By accessing and using Rovium IDE ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Rovium IDE is an integrated development environment specifically designed for ROS (Robot Operating System) and robotics development. The service provides tools for creating ROS packages, intelligent coding support, building, running, and visualizing ROS nodes and topics.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Rovium IDE, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Using the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Respecting intellectual property rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Rovium IDE are owned by Rovium and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You retain ownership of any code or projects you create using Rovium IDE. However, by using the service, you grant Rovium a limited, non-exclusive license to use analytics and usage data to improve our services.

5. Beta Service

Rovium IDE is currently in beta testing. This means:

• The service may contain bugs, errors, and other issues
• Features and functionality may change without notice
• Service availability may be intermittent
• We are not liable for any data loss or system issues during beta

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
